is canceled 1 week (or more) before your appointment time 1/2 of your
session fee will be refunded to you. If a session is canceled within 6 days
or less of session time you will forfeit your session fee.
Postponements:
Sessions may be postponed if done so *1 week (or more) prior to session
time. If your session is postponed within 6 days or less of session time
you will forfeit your session fee.
